Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Desktop & MS 365 Teams Support Engineer in London. The role is office-based in Paddington with remote work on Fridays, contracted for 6 months with potential extension.

You will provide end-user support for Windows desktops, MS 365 Teams, and related devices, acting as the escalation point for complex queries and coordinating with first-line teams to ensure a smooth user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering second-line end-user support for Windows desktops and MS 365 apps.
• Ability to act as escalation point for complex desktop and Teams queries.
• Familiarity with patching, security best practices, and device management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver second line support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices (Windows).
• Escalate complex desktop and Teams issues and ensure fast resolution.
• Collaborate with first line support for smooth handover and good customer experience.
• Proactively manage device performance, patches, and security to minimize downtime.
• Provide guidance and training on MS 365 Teams features and best practices.
