Job summary

A support firm for client recruitment in Coventry seeks a Demand Forecast Receiving & Checking Customer Care Specialist. The role involves inputting sales and delivery data into the CSCM system, planning production schedules, and managing stock and accounts. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills and be proficient with various software applications. Although automotive experience is desirable, it is not essential. This position initially requires 40 hours a week in the office with flexible options after training.

Qualifications

• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Experience in Demand Forecast Receiving & Checking is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Input Sales/Delivery/Forecast into the CSCM system.
• Plan production schedules and issue Sales and JIT Production Orders.
• Communicate with Production and Customer Plants.
• Manage stock checking and Account Receivable tasks.
