Job summary

PwC UK's Data, Benefits and Operations team seeks a Manager to lead complex pensions data and benefit engagements, delivering high-quality client outcomes. You will support delivery teams, build client relationships and contribute to growth opportunities.

This role requires expert pensions knowledge, strong data capabilities, and governance discipline to ensure reliable delivery across projects and services.

Qualifications

• Experienced pensions consultant with strong data and benefits delivery expertise.
• PMI or actuarial qualification, with deep pensions knowledge and project experience.
• Advanced Excel modelling skills and familiarity with analytical or automation tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data and benefit workstreams across pension client engagements.
• Manage pension scheme stakeholders and maintain governance throughout delivery.
• Build and govern Excel, software and AI-enabled models to support validation and reporting.
• Coach junior team members and support business development activities.
