Job summary

Just Group plc in London/ Reigate offers a Data Team Manager role within the Implementation Service. You will lead a specialist data team, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality checks while coordinating with transition, exclusivity and technical teams.

You will support monthly funding data, BAU data analysis, and act as the main contact for data-related implementation queries from TPAs and operations. This is a hybrid role with responsibilities across onboarding and data services.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of DB Pensions and the Life and Pensions industry, with understanding of Corporate DB Pensions and how they differ from DC and individual annuities.
Experience of working in data or implementation functions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Data team to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output.
Provide ongoing training and develop team members as they progress.
Plan and allocate work across the team and maintain a data competency framework.
Oversee data tasks for schemes in transition including payroll funding and member calculations.
Collaborate with onboarding, TPAs and Operations for smooth handovers.
Produce MI and data analysis on a weekly and monthly basis.
