Deutsche Bank in London is seeking a Data Standards Adherence Specialist to enforce data governance across the organization’s lifecycle. You will embed data principles into processes including new product approvals and third-party risk management.

The role requires partnering with senior stakeholders to drive remediation, maintain core data management standards and elevate regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Formación

• Experience in financial services is essential.
• Ability to review and challenge new initiatives for data risks.
• Understanding of front-to-back data flows and impact on regulatory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the review of new key deliverables, product launches, and third-party risks assessments to ensure our business and technology departments follow core data management standards
• Owns the end-to-end remediation framework for identified compliance gaps, directing the tracking, executive reporting, and strategic resolution of issues to ensure sustainable, long-term alignment with Core Data Management Standards
• Partners influentially with senior cross-functional leaders across business units and Divisional Data Offices, the Second Line of Defence (2LoD), Technology, and the wider CDO to champion data-risk management and drive systemic mitigation strategies
• Champions the design and implementation of robust data quality controls across divisions, driving continuous process and tool optimization to mature global data governance capabilities
• Drives the strategic evaluation of new initiative impacts on Data and Records Management policies, delivering executive-level reporting on governance status and proactively advising on policy and procedure evolution
