Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in London is seeking a Data Standards Adherence Specialist (Vice President) to enforce data governance across the organisation’s lifecycle. You will drive integrity by embedding data standards into product approvals, third‑party risk assessments, and remediation programs.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with core data management policies, overseeing remediation, reporting, and continuous improvement of data quality across divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to review and challenge new initiatives for data risks.
• Strong understanding of data flows and product booking processes.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with business, tech, finance, risk and compliance.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve productivity while ensuring ethical use.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of new deliverables, product launches, and third‑party risk assessments to ensure data standards are followed.
• Own end-to-end remediation framework for identified compliance gaps and drive long-term alignment with Core Data Management Standards.
• Partner with senior leaders across units and 2LoD to champion data risk management.
• Champion data quality controls and drive process and tool optimization for governance maturity.
• Assess impacts of new initiatives on Data and Records Management policies and provide executive status updates.
