Job summary

Harrison Holgate in London is seeking a Data Management Analyst to help codify governance across data assets. The role focuses on data quality, profiling routines and governance documentation in a hybrid, London-based team.

You will work with Digital, Risk & Compliance and DPO stakeholders, applying SQL and Python to monitor data and AI systems, tracking bias, drift and performance while ensuring GDPR compliance and clear data lineage.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Data Analyst / Data Management role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data governance and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data quality rules, profiling routines and reporting dashboards.
• Support metadata, classification, taxonomy and data labelling across the business.
• Monitor data and AI systems, including bias, drift and performance.
• Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, risks and potential areas for improvement.
• Maintain clear documentation around data lineage, processes, controls and governance.
• Support data and AI risk assessments and wider governance activities.
• Carry out root-cause analysis, reporting and other ad-hoc analytical work.
• Work with stakeholders across Digital, Risk & Compliance, DPO and business teams.
