Deutsche Bank AG in London seeks a Senior Director to lead Data Centre Services within Global Service Operations & Governance. You will own day-to-day run operations, availability, performance and governance of live hosting environments globally, and mentor regional leads to harmonise processes.

You will engage with integration and transition teams, drive capacity planning, regulatory compliance, and OpEx management, while reinforcing TOM alignment and ESG initiatives across the bank's global

Qualifications

• Experience in global data centre operations within financial services.
• Experience in global operations directing large cross-regional teams.
• Transition management including facility integration/vendor insourcing.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and regulatory/compliance frameworks such as GDPR/BaFin.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day run operations, availability, performance and governance of all live hosting environments globally.
• Mentor regional leads to harmonise processes and standards.
• Partner with Integration and Transition teams to transition from build to run.
• Establish governance for capacity, environmental controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage OpEx and cost-efficiency.
• Act as escalation point for major incidents with rapid resolution.
• Drive TOM adoption and ESG initiatives across global DCs.
