Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company in Hemel Hempstead is hiring a Customer Support Executive. The role covers promotional planning, data input, and cross-functional support to sales teams.

You’ll work 2–3 days in the office and 2–3 days with customer-facing activity, with a full-time contract and a competitive benefits package. The role focuses on administering promotions, supporting planning systems, and ensuring accurate data across EPOS inputs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial customer operations environment preferred.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation with ability to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and data/process discipline.
• Confident with customer plans, promotional information and recurring reporting inputs.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to spot duplication and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain promotional forms and forward promotional plan in Anaplan and associated customer administration.
• Support Anaplan activity and other planning inputs following defined processes.
• Assist shipper processes, new SKU setup and repeatable customer activity.
• Pull, prepare and distribute EPOS information and recurring performance inputs.
• Support rate trackers, request forms and internal trackers within service scope.
• Collaborate across Beer and Soft Drinks activities to standardise processes.
• Partner with Customer Teams to gather information and resolve exceptions quickly.
• Escalate missing information and risks early to protect decision-making.
• Identify avoidable rework and opportunities to simplify or automate activity.
• Capture workload and benefit evidence of capacity release and remaining actions.
• Operate flexibly as priorities shift, balancing service, pace, accuracy and risk.
• Work with CSMs to define best-practice standards across channels.
