Job summary

Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company is seeking a Field Operations Development Executive on a fixed term contract. The role will develop and maintain On Trade field sales and customer data applications and processes, with hybrid working and monthly travel to Tamworth, Leeds and Hemel Hempstead.

You will support Field Sales with tools, training and technical support, build strong internal relationships, and identify integrated solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint.

Location: Hybrid– with monthly travel to Carlsberg Britvic sites, including Tamworth, Leeds & Hemel Hempstead

Job Length: 18 Month FTC – Full Time (35 hours)

About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Field Operations Development Executive on a fixed term contract. This role will be key to developing and maintaining our On Trade field sales and customer data applications and processes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the Field Sales teams with development of sales tools, training and technical support
• Build, develop and maintain close working relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Identify and develop integrated solutions to drive improved ways of working and efficiency for field sales
• Management of customer data and maintenance across several system

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Strong IT literacy including SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to build strong internal customer relationships including managerial
• High attention to detail
• Confident problem solving & can-do attitude
• Analytical skills with ability to translate into actionable steps
• Strong numerical skills
• Experience of working in fast-paced FMCG company at an operational level is desired
