Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to drive Tesco shopper marketing for our beer portfolio. Hybrid role in Hemel Hempstead with occasional customer-site travel, leading activation plans and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own annual activation programs, champion brand initiatives, and manage budget, performance measurement and team development to deliver strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience in shopper marketing and retail media within a leading grocery or consumer goods business.
• Strong leadership to influence senior internal, customer and agency partners.
• Excellent programme and project management with multiple workstreams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Grocery channel shopper marketing strategies within Tesco and translate plans into activations.
• Develop annual activation plans driving engagement, growth and commercial results.
• Act as Brand Champion for designated Beer brands and align across marketing and customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver plans effectively and optimise spend.
• Coach and develop a Customer Marketing Executive and build capability across the team.
