Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company seeks a Procurement Coordinator in a hybrid role based in Hemel Hempstead, working 2–3 days at head office. The role coordinates procurement activities across Switzerland, the UK, and Poznań, supporting the VP Procurement with admin, reporting, and cross-team alignment.

You will manage meetings, maintain reports, schedule tasks, and prepare presentations while communicating with internal stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement-related meetings across Switzerland, UK, and Poland.
• Maintain key reports and documentation; ensure follow-ups on initiatives.
• Support VP Procurement with admin tasks, scheduling, and report preparation.
• Prepare presentations and procurement documentation for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate the annual procurement calendar and adapt to the functional agenda.
• Travel bookings and expense management.
