Pertemps Bond is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Tewkesbury office. This full-time, office-based role offers a salary of £25,000-£27,000 per year with a £30,000 OTE bonus potential in a regulated financial services environment.

You will handle both inbound and outbound enquiries, support policy administration, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining high service standards and accurate record-keeping within Microsoft 365 tools.

Formación

• Experience delivering customer service in a regulated environment.
• Call centre or high-volume customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.
• Contribute to team sales targets through the selling and servicing of policies, including renewals.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries with a high level of service.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks and data input.
• Promote additional products and cross-sell where appropriate.
