Job summary

Fortythree Tech, the team behind Expert Genie Pro, is hiring a Customer Success Executive in Gawsworth, Cheshire with hybrid working. You'll help expert witnesses adopt the platform and derive value from day one.

This role combines onboarding, support, account management, CRM administration, and content creation. You will engage with customers by phone and email, build relationships and drive long-term success within a growing software business.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience or placement year, internship or similar role.
• Willingness to learn new software and tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers onto Expert Genie Pro and set up accounts, cases and documents.
• Provide telephone and email support during onboarding and early usage.
• Be a trusted point of contact and build long-term customer relationships.
