Street Group in Manchester is hiring an L2 Customer Success Manager to help clients maximise Spectre. You will run strategy calls, reviews and training, while spotting retention risks and upsell opportunities. You’ll collaborate across sales and tech teams to refine product features and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Working hybrid with two days WFH, you will be part of a fast-growing PropTech business that values relationships and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or retention
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfort with CRM and AI-assisted workflows

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategy calls and quarterly business reviews with clients
• Identify at-risk accounts and manage retention conversations
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
• Provide best-practice guidance and technical support via phone and email
• Collaborate with sales and tech teams to design and implement new product features
