Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is helping a global healthcare leader fill a Customer Service Representative role in a hybrid setup. You will handle Medical Device orders and Orthokit bookings, delivering a high-standard customer experience while maintaining accuracy and timely responses to queries.

Join a long-term temporary position with a rotating 2-week shift pattern and a starting rate of £13.85 per hour, rising to £15.02 after 12 weeks of training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to thrive in a pressurised and demanding environment.
• Highly customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to internal and external customers.
• Act as first point of contact for Medical Device sales orders and Orthokit bookings.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and bookings.
• Resolve Orthokit-related conflicts with effective problem solving.
