Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Customer Service Beeston (Transition) representative on a permanent, full-time basis. The role operates a hybrid model with 37 hours weekly and rotating office/remote days, starting at £13.85 per hour and rising to £15.02 after 12 weeks of training.

Responsibilities include handling inbound queries, processing Medical Device sales orders, and coordinating with internal teams and external clients to ensure accurate, timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a pressurised and demanding environment.
• Highly customer-focused approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries and liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely resolution.
• Process Medical Device sales orders and Orthokit bookings.
• Act as first point of contact for related queries and maintain high service standards.
