Job summary

MiniMed Group is seeking a Patient Services Representative in Watford to provide expert support for customers using our diabetes care devices. The role requires clear English communication, empathy, and the ability to multi-task across multiple systems while documenting customer feedback and resolving inquiries.

The position is hybrid, supporting UK and Ireland customers from the Watford site. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of customer service experience, a strong customer-first mindset, and

Qualifications

• English both written and oral.
• Requires full job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
• Effective multi-tasking (navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during call).
• 1-2 years work experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and support to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel responding to product related questions and delivering safe and reliable technical support.
• Accurately and consistently documenting customer feedback and troubleshooting completed on the call.
• Ensuring on or above-target compliance with call quality standards and manage time effectively by prioritizing calls, follow-up, and administrative tasks to achieve team and individual KPI.
• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
