Specsavers Fareham is seeking a Customer Services Specialist on a full-time basis. The role focuses on handling inbound customer enquiries with enthusiasm and turning conversations into memorable experiences.

You will join a team recognised for wellbeing and personal development, with hybrid working that combines office and home, plus access to wellbeing apps and support services. This is a 6-month FTC from 2 Nov 2026 to 2 May 2027, with potential for future vacancies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling inbound customer enquiries via calls.
