Job summary

CooperVision in Fareham is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide high-quality, fast customer support, handle inbound calls, process orders in our ERP, and coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are shipped on time.

The role requires excellent English, strong communication and administration skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid pattern (office 3 days, home 2).

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to use ERP and CRM systems to place orders.
• Team player with good inter-personal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound customer calls.
• Receiving and processing customer orders on the ERP system in line with procedures.
• Cooperating with other departments to ensure orders are shipped with high service levels.
• Working within KPIs set by management.
• Maintaining records of all orders and relevant documentation.
• Processing credits within 1 working day, with appropriate authorization.
