Job summary

Speedy Group, the UK’s leading hire provider, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor in Liverpool. You will be the front line of sales and service, coordinating orders from initial contact through to delivery and collection while liaising with depot teams to ensure customer needs are met.

You will work desk-based with other departments, develop strong relationships, and support your ESG goals. The role offers a supportive environment, training opportunities, and a structured career path

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbally & written.
• Commitment to learn and develop.
• Driving licence.
• Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational role.
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hire process from order through to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with depot and stock teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Work desk-based and collaborate with drivers and engineers to minimise delays.
• Support front-line sales and customer service across the depot.
