Job summary

Speedy Group seeks a Customer Service Advisor in Liverpool to support the hire process from order to delivery and collection. The role is desk-based, liaising with stock teams, drivers and engineers to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

You'll need strong organisational and communication skills, adaptability, and a drive to learn. A driving licence and prior experience in the hire or a similar sales/operational role are preferred.

Job Title - Customer Service Advisor

Location - Liverpool

Salary - £29,572 per annum, pro rata

Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 17:00 - 42 hours per week

Based in the depot, the Customer Service Advisor is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service.Relationship building is the key to success, as the Hire Controller coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they're satisfied with our service.

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.
