Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Hull. You will be on the front line of sales and customer service, coordinating the hire process from order through to delivery and collection while liaising with stock teams, drivers and engineers to meet customer needs.

The role is desk-based, with extended hours and a strong emphasis on relationship building to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Driving licence required.
• Experience in hire industry or sales/operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Front-line customer service and sales coordination from order to delivery and collection.

Job Title - Customer Service Advisor

Location - Hull

Working Hours - Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 17:00 - 42 hours per week

Salary £29,572 per annum, pro rata

Based in the depot, the Customer Service Advisor is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Relationship building is the key to success, as the Hire Controller coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they're satisfied with our service.

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.
