Job summary

Frontier Agriculture SA is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days from home and 3 days on site, primarily based in the United Kingdom.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a high-quality service to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service or support, and good IT proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience across support channels.
• Respond to queries within SLA targets and escalate when needed.
• Record, categorise and manage incoming tickets in the CRM and support systems.
• Provide remote support on agricultural technology and digital tools.
• Train and support internal commercial teams and colleagues.
• Support customer-facing events and follow-up activities.
• Create and manage user accounts maintaining data accuracy.
