Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Liverpool to manage the hire lifecycle from order through delivery and collection. You will build strong customer relationships, liaising with depot teams and drivers to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role is desk-based, with regular cross-department interaction, aiming to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction while promoting Speedy’s ESG commitments and flexible working options where possible.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license.
• Experience in hire industry or similar sales/operational role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with the depot to ensure customer needs are met and service is delivered.
• Work desk-based and collaborate with stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delivery delays.
