Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Liverpool to manage the hire lifecycle from order through delivery and collection. You will build strong customer relationships, liaising with depot teams and drivers to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role is desk-based, with regular cross-department interaction, aiming to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction while promoting Speedy’s ESG commitments and flexible working options where possible.

Job Title - Customer Service Advisor

Location - Liverpool

Salary - £29,572 per annum, pro rata

Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 17:00 - 42 hours per week

Based in the depot, the Customer Service Advisor is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Relationship building is the key to success, as the Hire Controller coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they're satisfied with our service.

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.
