Job summary

Forward Role is seeking a Senior CRM Manager in Manchester for a 12-month fixed term contract starting September 2026. The role supports hybrid working with 3 days onsite and 2 remote, leading a four-person CRM team in a data-rich, customer-focused environment.

You will own CRM performance across the customer lifecycle, develop segmentation strategies, automate messaging and collaborate with marketing, analytics and commercial teams to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM experience with multi-channel campaigns and commercial impact.
• Experience leading and developing a CRM team.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM performance across the customer lifecycle, delivering against KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, retention and reactivation.
• Lead customer segmentation strategy to create targeted journeys that drive engagement and growth.
• Develop and optimise automated and trigger-based communications for lifecycle stages.
• Drive a test-and-learn culture using reporting, analysis and experimentation to improve CRM performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics and commercial teams to integrate CRM into broader strategies.
