Job summary

Ann Summers, based at our head office in Whyteleafe, Surrey, is seeking a CRM & Customer Manager to lead how we connect with and engage customers through data-driven, personalised experiences. The role sits in our CRM team, reporting to the Customer & Marketing Lead, with hybrid working—2 days at head office and 3 days remotely.

• Proven CRM, customer marketing or customer insight experience.
• Commercially minded with a track record of loyalty and growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CRM initiatives and campaigns driving commercial results.
• Oversee CRM platforms performance and reporting.
• Produce customer insight and performance reporting.
• Lead CRM and customer strategy to improve engagement and value.
• Develop segmentation and audience strategies using lifecycle analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Trading, Buying, Design and Retail.
