Nationwide in Doncaster is looking for a Customer Relationships Manager to help customers access products and services across branches, phone, and video calls. You will build rewarding relationships and act as SME in the branch to support colleagues and vulnerable customers.

The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, based at Doncaster branch, with training, benefits, and a focus on delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in addressing the needs of customers through skill-based sales processes.
• Customer service skills in face to face, telephony or digital channels.
• Experience in a Financial Services or a Retail customer facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills with digital tools and office applications.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Empathy and ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, video call or face to face.
• Identify needs and help customers access products and services.
• Answer a wide range of enquiries and refer to specialists when needed.
• Be an SME in your branch to support colleagues.
• Develop skills across our non-advised product range.
