Job summary

CPI is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Sales Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term secondment cover contract. The role blends order management, CRM administration, reporting, and business intelligence to support a high-volume commercial environment.

The successful candidate will be organised, able to work across multiple stakeholders, and comfortable with systems and data. Hybrid/remote working options and on-the-job training are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in office, administrative, customer service, sales support, or business support environment.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate incoming customer orders and prepare handovers to Project Management.
• Track order progression in CPI's internal systems and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support CRM maintenance, data accuracy, and reporting.
• Produce reports on order intake, sales performance, and business metrics.
• Assist with KPI, month-end, and quarter-end reporting and data insights.
