Job summary

Training Qualifications UK is seeking a Customer Relationship Team Manager to lead a dedicated CRM-focused team across hybrid/remote locations with occasional travel in the UK. The role reports to the Head of Operational Services and carries responsibility for delivering exceptional customer service and engagement, while guiding the team to achieve CRM objectives.

• Collaborate with Business Development to identify growth opportunities.
