Job summary

Home Group is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to amplify the voice of customers, analyse feedback, and design research projects. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with a mix of office and Newcastle City Centre head office presence.

You will work within a small team focused on delivering actionable reports using Excel and Power BI, and present findings to diverse audiences with clarity and impact. Benefits include health cash plan and instant pay access.

Qualifications

• A degree with a strong research component, an equivalent recognised qualification, or previous relevant work experience.
• Significant experience of Excel and Power BI or similar reporting software.
• The ability to analyse facts into clear findings.
• Significant experience in data manipulation and interpretation.
• Confidence in presenting information and ideas to different audiences in creative and eye-catching ways.
