You have:

• The ability to analyse facts into clear findings
• Significant experience in data manipulation and interpretation
• A degree with a strong research component, an equivalent recognised qualification, or previous relevant work experience
• Significant experience of Excel and Power BI or similar reporting software
• Confidence in presenting information and ideas to different audiences in creative and eye-catching ways.

The practical bits

• The role is based around standard office hours but there can be some flexibility to suit your schedule.
• It's a hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day a week in one of Home Group's offices and at least one day a month in our Newcastle City Centre head office.
• We have regular meetings as a team to ensure we work collaboratively (these can often be joined online).
