Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking an Analytics & Insights professional to amplify customer voice and translate feedback into actionable improvements. You will collaborate across teams to design research projects and deliver compelling reports that inform strategy.

The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of one day in the office weekly and one day a month at the Newcastle City Centre head office, within a small, collaborative customer insight team.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse facts into clear findings.
• Significant experience in data manipulation and interpretation.
• A degree with a strong research component, an equivalent recognised qualification, or previous relevant work experience.
• Significant experience of Excel and Power BI or similar reporting software.
• Confidence in presenting information and ideas to different audiences in creative and eye-catching ways.
