AVIRE seeks a client-focused Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to support our Americas team. You will process orders, provide quotes, and manage inquiries while maintaining records in Salesforce.

Collaborative teamwork and a proactive approach are essential to delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will help grow sales by upselling and cross-selling, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Process orders, changes, credits, and returns.
• Provide quotes and handle inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and coordinate with other teams.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions.
