Job summary

AspireCRM is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to provide day-to-day operational support and development for our managed service clients across the UK. You will own investigations, analysis, planning and implementation of support requests, including bug fixes and small development tasks.

You will communicate with customers through multiple channels and work closely with the Head of Delivery to ensure adherence to managed service agreements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience configuring Omniscript and related Salesforce features.
• Excellent configuration skills (Objects, fields, flows, permissions).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Salesforce Admin 201 certification is required or highly preferred.
• Higher education qualifications are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical Salesforce support to customers.
• Investigate, analyze, plan, and implement support requests and small developments.
• Engage with customers via email, phone, and Salesforce channels.
• Collaborate with Head of Delivery and delivery team to meet SLAs.
