Job summary

AB Agri is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator in the UK, based in Sherburn In Elmet with flexible hybrid working. The role centers on delivering excellent customer care for National Milk Records and KW Feeds, handling enquiries, processing orders and payments, and collaborating across teams to resolve issues.

You will be supported with training and development, in a team focused on delivering a seamless customer journey and continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Clear written and verbal communication across channels.
• Proficient IT skills and experience with Office applications.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail in records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across NMR and KW Feeds.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and other channels, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Process orders, payments and account requests accurately.
• Respond to invoice and payment queries with timely resolutions.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP per GDPR.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to promote products and pass leads to relevant teams.
• Support continuous improvement projects as needed.
