Job summary

Places for People, including Touchstone Bath, is hiring a Customer Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Operations Manager and offers an opportunity to work on-site with a later hybrid arrangement (3 days at home).

Initial 6-month fixed-term contract and a focus on delivering excellent customer service and leasing support. The ideal candidate will have reception or front-of-house experience, strong administrative skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role.
• Experience conducting administrative tasks and familiarity with MS packages such as MS Word and Excel are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality customer experience and provide admin support for leasing activity and day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with customers for renewals, negotiate rents and renew tenancies; conduct regular market research.
• Provide general administrative assistance and support to the team as needed.
