Job summary

Xeinadin is seeking a Credit Controller to manage and monitor client credit accounts, ensuring timely payments and reducing bad debt exposure. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to keep financial records accurate and resolve payment issues efficiently.

In this hybrid role, you will implement company credit policies, support cash flow analysis, and provide insights on payment trends. The position requires strong negotiation skills and experience in credit control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller, Debt Collector, or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of credit management and collection procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Credit Control Management: monitor and manage outstanding balances and collect overdue payments.
• Debt Collection: chase debts by phone, email or letter and negotiate payment plans.
• Bank Reconciliation Analysis: perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies daily.
• Account Reconciliation: reconcile customer accounts and address discrepancies promptly.
• Reporting: assist in weekly/monthly reports on overdue accounts, bad debts, and cash flow.
