Genuit Group is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our finance team in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, chase overdue debt, resolve invoice queries, and support cash flow through timely collections within a hybrid office setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and debt collection.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office; Excel proficiency required.
• Experience using accounting systems (IFS preferred).

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring invoices are collected promptly and within terms.
• Monitor aged debt and take action to minimise bad debt.
• Allocate customer payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Prepare cash forecasts and contribute to monthly reporting.
• Raise credit notes and communicate refusals when needed.
• Maintain customer master data and resolve EDI errors.
