Job summary

Xeinadin Group, a leading UK-wide accountancy and advisory firm, is recruiting a Credit Control Manager to lead the daily debt collection function and governance. You will drive cash collection, oversee aged debt management and ensure adherence to group policies across the function.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and experience with finance systems to optimise processes and drive improvements in debtor management and cash conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable with team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of debt collection processes, aged debt management and credit risk assessment.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Credit Control team with clear priorities and performance standards.
• Drive a proactive collections culture to maximise cash collection and reduce aged debt.
• Oversee aged debt management, escalation processes and payment arrangements.
• Ensure policy compliance, risk monitoring, audits and documentation.
• Provide regular reporting on debt and cash collections to Finance leadership.
