Job summary

Cambian Group Plc in Uxbridge is seeking a Credit Controller on a hybrid basis, combining three days in the office with two days from home. You will chase invoices, ensure payment terms are met and produce timely reconciliations to support accurate financial operations.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, interact with various stakeholders, and drive KPI targets for debt reduction. Strong Excel skills, experience with ledgers, and the ability to resolve complex enquiries are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with allocations, postings, journals, debits and credits.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP and conditional formatting.
• Proven ability to reconcile debtor and sales ledger accounts accurately and timely.
• Experience handling large, complex ledgers and customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Chase invoices by phone, email and portal to reduce debtor balances and days outstanding.
• Ensure monthly cash and debt KPIs are achieved.
• Produce updated aged debt analysis with clear commentary on issues.
• Allocate cash and reconciliation of unallocated sums and credit notes promptly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and assist audits; ensure GDPR compliance.
