Job summary

Clyde & Co Claims LLP is seeking a Credit Controller to join the Working Capital Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you will support the end-to-end debt collection process, drive cash collection performance and work closely with partners and clients to improve aged debt and cashflow outcomes.

You will play a key role in maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while managing a varied and complex ledger.

Qualifications

• Previous Credit Control experience (law firm experience desirable).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload effectively
• Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience using 3E, Elite Collections or similar systems would be advantageous
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
