Job summary

Selecta is seeking a Credit Controller to join its finance team on a Hybrid Work Pattern. You will manage ledgers, chase payments, and resolve disputes to ensure timely cash collection while maintaining strong client relations.

The role requires experience in credit control, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with the team. Hybrid setup offers flexibility with on-site support at our UK locations and dedicated career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a credit control environment.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience in financial shared services or credit control beneficial.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and ability to work with management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Own ledger and ensure invoices are paid per terms and policy.
• Liaise with clients via phone, email and letter for prompt payment.
• Log disputes accurately and assist with timely resolution.
• Send regular statements and perform reconciliations for key customers.
• Raise change and credit note requests following internal process.
• Maintain up-to-date administration and respond within SLA.
• Support shared Credit Control and Sales ledger mailbox with queries.
