Job summary

Tillo, based in the UK, is seeking a Credit Control and Billing Assistant to join our Finance Operations Team. You’ll manage accounts receivable, drive collections, and help streamline billing processes to deliver outstanding service to customers and suppliers.

This role is based in our Hove office two days a week with hybrid flexibility. You’ll collaborate across finance and commercial teams in a fast-growing fintech environment, developing best practices and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit control and billing.
• Able to manage supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Detail-focused, proactive problem-solver.
• Strong communicator and organizer with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage credit control and collections activities.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and billing cycle integrity.
• Respond to invoicing queries promptly and professionally.
• Onboard new retailers, suppliers, and customers.
• Work with Account Management to minimise overdue balances.
• Support process improvements in billing and credit control.
