Trace | Expert Accountancy & Finance Recruitment is seeking a Billing & Credit Control Executive to join a growing technology business in London. You will manage invoicing, credit control and cash collection across multiple entities, ensuring accurate billing and strong working capital management.

Qualificações

• Two years’ experience in AR, billing or credit control.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong communication with customers.
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Experience SaaS or subscription business.
• US customers experience with sales tax and international collections.
• Multi-entity or multi-currency accounting.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Avalara or AR automation tools.
• Studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue invoices for subscriptions, renewals, services and usage.
• Check invoices against contracts, orders and CRM records, ensuring VAT and sales tax are applied correctly.
• Manage the aged debtor ledger, proactively chasing overdue payments by phone and email.
• Build relationships with customers and their accounts payable teams to support timely payment.
• Resolve billing queries and disputes, issue credit notes and agree payment plans where appropriate.
• Allocate and reconcile customer receipts across multiple entities.
• Produce aged debt and cash collection reports, supporting month-end reconciliations and bad debt reporting.
• Assist with customer onboarding, credit checks and audit requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing, collections and finance processes through better systems and automation.
