Tillo is seeking a Finance Operations Assistant/Credit Controller to join our high-performing Finance Operations Team. You will manage accounts receivable ledgers, collections, and support process improvements, while ensuring robust financial controls.

This role is based in our Hove office two days a week for six months, with engagement across customers, suppliers, and internal teams. As part of a fast-growing fintech, you will work on reconciliations, weekly/monthly tasks, and support with

Qualifications

• Experience with reconciliation and ledger management.
• Track record of process improvement to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Ability to build and manage supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage credit control and collections, follow up on overdue balances and resolve queries.
• Partner with Operations to onboard retailers, suppliers, and customers.
• Administer end-to-end collections via GoCardless and manage failed collections.
