Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Courseware Developer (E2) to support the Royal Navy Training Design Service. The role focuses on delivering blended learning, active training content, and customer-focused outcomes within a flexible, hybrid working arrangement at HMS Collingwood.

Key responsibilities include producing high-quality training design, e-learning and courseware materials, and collaborating with subject matter experts to continuously improve training programs and ensure compliance with DSAT

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all training courses assigned to you with regards to training transformation.
• An advocate for the creation of training content that is active, engaging, inclusive and learner-centric.
• Ensure DSAT-compliant processes for training design, including quality and media enhancements.
• Develop high-quality training design, e-learning and courseware materials as required.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts to contribute to training transformation.
