Raytheon UK is seeking a Training Designer based at Faslane to join the Training Transformation Services. You will support the Integrated Training Design Service to deliver learning that is blended, active and delivers customer delight.

The role requires experience in ADDIE, DSAT, training content production, and developing courseware using various media. You will build stakeholder relationships and contribute to accreditation opportunities while maintaining CPD and health and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience in Learning and Development environments.
• Experience with ADDIE and DSAT frameworks.
• Proven training/instructional design experience.
• Familiarity with program management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for all training courses with an active and learner-centric focus.
• Ensure DSAT-compliant, end-to-end training design processes and timely delivery.
• Produce high-quality training design, e-learning and courseware materials.
• Develop instructional strategies and analyse training programmes for improvements.
• Gather feedback and validation to keep training up-to-date and effective.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts.
