Job summary

Raytheon UK's CMDC is seeking Training Designers to support the development of training materials. Main duties include designing technology-led training architectures for customer courses in accordance with CMDC processes and style guides.

You'll champion innovative training solutions, ensure alignment with JSP 822, DSAT, and Delta documents, and promote a culture of EHS compliance and continuous improvement. Remote/hybrid options apply with occasional travel to Reading.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing training content.
• Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Ability to work with MS Office applications and SharePoint.
• Effective communication with stakeholders to gather technical information.

Responsibilities

• Design the technology-led training architecture for customer courses per CMDC processes.
• Champion innovative training solutions to meet customer needs.
• Ensure outputs comply with JSP 822, DSAT, and project standards.
• Promote Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance and continuous improvement.
• Take on additional duties to support CMDC Training Service.
